@Miraz I think one of the nicest things about building a house must be the ability to KNOW what’s going into it. Knowing and actually understanding it all would be a challenge for me certainly, but it still seems like a great opportunity!

Each house I’ve bought was built before 1960 and in every case I’ve found things that just have to make you wonder.
